QA Manager + Tester = ? or how to raise a good manager

Download presentation

Nowadays, there are a lot of books, seminars, articles for self-management and increasing management capacity, particularly for managers in IT. Often the main theme of this learning is team management and project management. Managers spend most of their time for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of their employees. It helps to increase employee’s efficiency and performance.

However, the managers recognize that the one-way communication “from the head – to the worker” is not always effective. Subordinate must help his boss creating the most productive working environment for themselves and their departments.

This presentation draws the image of a man who subordinates to the people, who are able to influence manager’s decisions. But at the same time do not forget that every manager has his own top-manager whose decisions could be also affected by “top control”.
