Vladimir Bulov dedicated more than 25 years to the IT industry at the AvtoVAZ, and since 1986 develops software that is running under Unix operation system.

The technology portal of AvtoVAZ (tportal.vaz.ru) helps to execute over 100 tasks for Production and business operations and allows to provide the Data centre resources for businesses services and distribution network.

The last three years, major efforts are aimed at modernizing SAC AvtoVAZ, the introduction of new technologies.
Construction on ITIL standards and reducing the costs of maintenance and operation of ARM (more 20000) using the thin client and discless workstation.

At the present time Vladimir is engaged in implementing Renault and Nissan software to AvtoVAZ.
He is P.G. in the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” (HSE).
